We loved the opportunity to share some knowledge, have a few laughs, and support the amazing people who help look after our local community. 🫶
Dr Nandita shared an informative session on some of the signs your body may be telling you it’s time for a check-up from recurring injuries and headaches that won’t go away, to pain that wakes you at night and lower back strain.
We also had some fun getting everyone moving with Dr Rachelle, going through simple stretches and tips to help support mobility and movement. 🙌
