Please note that a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded back to you via Stripe after your appointment.

If you are claiming a private health rebate, your deposit will still be refunded — simply pay the remaining gap amount after your massage and your deposit will be returned afterwards.

Please be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are NON-refundable. If you forget your appointment or do not attend (no show), the deposit will be forfeited and an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance of the booking, as no-shows are charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Due to the increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we will now require a 50% deposit for ALL online bookings moving forward.

We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, however, please understand that we are also running a business and need to protect our therapists’ time and availability. Last-minute cancellations often leave us unable to refill the appointment slot, which is also unfair to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Please note:
• The 50% deposit is NON-refundable if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellation or rescheduling.

• No-shows will incur the FULL appointment fee. If you fail to attend your appointment or forget your booking, you will be invoiced for the remaining 50% balance of the appointment cost.

• Deposits may be transferred to a new booking if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.

• If you attend your appointment as scheduled, your deposit will be refunded separately via Stripe after your session.

Unfortunately, we have had to implement this policy due to the ongoing operational costs involved, including Irene’s scheduled return flights from Perth, her accommodation, and our commercial space overhead expenses.

Not massage-related, but something every dog owner can relate to…

I nearly lost Chichi at the park, and I couldn’t believe it. I kept thinking, how do you even lose your dog in a park?

We were at Kats Oval when he ran up the stairs. I’ve got short legs and walk pretty slowly, so by the time I made it up, he had already gone back down. Then when I got downstairs, he was nowhere to be found.

I spent a good 10-15 minutes calling and shouting his name, but he didn’t come back. I was starting to panic and thought I’d have to call my husband to tell him I’d lost Chichi.

When I finally walked back to my car, there he was—waiting for me, looking worried and a bit hidden. I couldn’t believe it. Such a smart boy. He’s so emotionally intuitive—he knew it was mum’s car and that I’d always come back there at the end of our walk.
