Busy catching up with life?
Take a moment to catch up with yourself too πΏ
Pause. Breathe. Check in.
How are you really feeling today? π
Family is often our greatest motivation, and we spend so much of our time caring for those we love.
But in the middle of looking after everyone else, don't forget to care for yourself too.
Rest is important.
Healing is important.
Your wellbeing is important.
When we nurture our own hauora, we create a stronger foundation for our whΔnau and those around us. π
Take a moment today to check in with yourself. What do you need?
πΏ Healing & Health πΏ
Healing is not just about the body.
It's about caring for your mind, nourishing your body, and honouring your wairua.
Sometimes the most powerful healing happens in the small things:
π Resting when you're tired
π Drinking more water
π Taking a walk in nature
π Setting healthy boundaries
π Making time for yourself
Your health and wellbeing deserve your attention too.
Take one small step towards healing today. πΏ
πΏ A simple detox drink to support hydration and wellbeing.
π Lemon
π₯ Cucumber

Small daily habits can create powerful shifts. Take a moment today to nourish your body and wairua. π

πΏ Monday Meditation πΏ
Before the busyness of the week begins, take a moment to pause.
Take a deep breath.
Release what belongs to last week.
Set an intention for the days ahead and move forward with calm, clarity, and trust.
You do not need to rush into the week. You are allowed to move gently.
May this week bring peace to your mind, strength to your wairua, and balance to your hauora. π

Before your mind could explain it, your tinana already knew.
It knew when something felt off.
It knew when a relationship wasn't safe.
It knew when you were saying yes when you wanted to say no.
It knew when you were carrying more than you could hold.
But many of us were taught to override those feelings.
To be polite.
To be accommodating.
To push through.
To trust everyone else before we trusted ourselves.
So we learned to ignore the tohu (signs)
Until they became impossible to ignore.
Healing isn't always about learning something new. It can also be about rebuilding trust with the part of you that knew all along.
Can you think of a time your tinana knew before your mind did?

π» Karanga Mai β The Call of the Ancestors π»
My Version of Soul Retrieval
By Whaea Katπ»
There is a moment when the veil thinsβ¦
when your wairua hears a vibration older than memoryβ¦
a call that rises from the bones of your whakapapa.
Karanga Mai β the call of the ancestors β
is my version of Soul Retrieval.
Not borrowed.
Not adapted.
Not taken from another culture.
But remembered.
Retrieved from within my own wairua.
This modality works in the realm where
wairua, hinengaro, tinana, and whakapapa
interlock like woven harakeke.
πΏ What Karanga Mai Does
ποΈ 1. Retrieves the scattered parts of the self
The pieces left behind in trauma, heartbreak, silence, abandonment,
or moments when your spirit had to fracture to survive.
Karanga Mai brings them home gently, safely, powerfully.
ποΈ 2. Clears generational debris
The inherited fears, the muteness, the grief,
the cycles passed down through generations.
The call of the ancestors rises through the line
to release what no longer belongs in your body.
ποΈ 3. Restores your spiritual sovereignty
Your mana.
Your intuition.
Your original frequency before the world touched you.
This is not about becoming someone new β
it is about returning to who you have always been.
ποΈ 4. Reconnects you to your ancestral blueprint
Your gifts.
Your knowing.
Your purpose.
Your wairua authority.
Your line remembers you β this modality activates that remembrance.
πΊ The Essence of Karanga Mai
This is Soul Retrieval through a MΔori lens:
where ancestors guide the restoration,
where the line stands beside you,
where light meets memory,
and where healing travels both forward and backward in time.
Nothing is forced.
Everything is honoured.
The ancestors decide what is ready to be returned,
what is ready to be cleared,
and what is ready to rise.
β¨ Karanga Mai β The Call of the Ancestors
A journey of reconnection.
A reclamation of the self.
A return to the sacred blueprint of your whakapapa.
