First ponytail donation of 2026! We were incredibly blessed this morning when one of our young clients bravely decided to brave the “big chop” so her ponytail could be donated to Sustainable Salons to be made into wigs for children in need. We always get excited about a ponytail donation, but it’s extra special when it comes from a young client who had never had a short haircut before—she wanted to help others and make a difference.

That makes ponytail donors pretty incredible. Some people grow, cut, donate… then do it all over again! That’s years of patience, dedication, and sacrifice, especially for those holy-grail 36cm ponytails.
