The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for regulation.
When our breathing becomes shallow and stays high in the chest, it can be harder for the body to shift towards a more parasympathetic state.
Sometimes we may not realise how much we’ve been holding until the body begins to soften and find a little more ease.
If your breathing feels restricted or your abdomen feels guarded, gentle abdominal bodywork may offer a supportive way to reconnect with this area and encourage a fuller, more comfortable breath.

Support in small business has been everything to me.

Last night I attended the Business NSW - Mid North Coast Business NSW awards as a finalist for Outstanding New Business.
I didn’t come home with the award, but I did come home feeling incredibly proud .
To have Sol recognised beyond our little corner of the Mid North Coast and to stand alongside some incredible businesses as a finalist, is something I won’t forget.
My dad and Nat, thank you for getting dressed up and being there beside me. Mum, thank you for holding down the fort at home. And to my fiancé, thank you for backing every idea and making it possible for me to give this business everything I have.
To the Julie Humphris Business Life Guide Waves Campground Macleay Air - Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical having familiar faces in the room made the night that much more special. I felt very proud to be there alongside other businesses from home.
To the women who have walked through Sol’s doors over these first five months. Thank you for trusting me with your bodies, your stories and your care. You have shaped this business just as much as I have.

Lymphatic drainage isn’t just a wellness trend.
It can support fluid movement, swelling and recovery. This work will seamlessly integrate into the pregnancy, postpartum, restorative and scar work that Sol is known for.
This training is about adding another layer to the care I can offer women through changing bodies and different seasons of life.

When you asked me a month ago what my vision was for Between Us, this was it.
A room full of women learning, exploring, conversing. Asking the questions we don’t always ask and talking about the things we don’t always talk about.
Between Us was more than I could have ever imagined. I am so grateful and honestly still landing after it all.
