Our little beauty arrived Monday 31st July 2023 • 9:25am • 2.96kg • 48.5cm

We are all elated, especially big brother Mateo.

I am so grateful for all the love shown to us before and after her arrival. We are so blessed to have beautiful family, friends and clients supporting us.

I’m very lucky to be able to take some time off, to enjoy the next few months as a family of 4, before life returns to a new version of chaos in October.

2022 was huge and I’m so grateful for everyone’s continued support of my small biz. You’re the reason I still love what I do and I’m able to while growing my family.

I’m taking a short break to enjoy my beautiful son and will be back to it on January 12th.

I’m so excited to welcome my wonderful clients back into the salon on Thursday 1st September.

Bookings are limited to Thursday and Friday initially to make my transition back into work as seamless as possible. Appointments are essential and reserved for existing clients.

Until I can recruit some new team members, I will be working solo, scheduling will be tight and I can only allow a grace period of 10 minutes. Arriving late, cancelling within 24hrs of appt or not showing up will mean your service could be shortened or rescheduled with a booking deposit. As always I will do what I can to accommodate as many people as possible. I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

With everyone’s continued support I look forward to wrapping up this year on the biggest high as we roll into our 5th year of operation, and I have no doubt it will be the best year yet.

To my valued clients,

Shear Therapy will regretfully be closing temporarily for the duration of my maternity leave. Our last day of trade will be Friday 17th June and we are unable to honour appointments from 20th June.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to procure staff to work while I am away, and I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

I wish Ange and her family all the best for their move out of Sydney.

Our reopening date is anticipated to be sometime in August. I look forward to welcoming you back to the salon then.

We are looking to grow our team in our busy boutique Aveda Salon, located in Kenthurst. Looking for Senior Stylists and Apprentices of any Level. We need motivated and driven candidates that like to be around people and work in a team environment.

Confidence and experience with colour, cutting & styling for men & women is desirable but not essential. Additional training will be provided. Nice semi-rural location with easy access bus route and free parking.

Great per hour rate + product incentives + commissions.

Full Time Senior Stylist Role available but also offering flexibility for those wanting part time hours.

Apprentice role is full time.

Wage: Dependant on experience and job role

Education: Certificate 3 or 4 (for Senior Stylist)

Work Eligibility: Looking for a long term team member, no home salon operators.

Only successful candidates will be contacted.
