Three months. Two award nights. One completely different chapter of my life. 💙

The woman in the blue dress was doing everything she could just to keep going.

I was navigating the breakdown of my marriage, my own mental health struggles, and experiences of domestic violence, while trying to build something bigger than myself. Yet I still boarded that 6 a.m. flight and showed up as a finalist for TERPEZE®—the menopause formulation I created to help women improve their health and quality of life.

Three months later, I stood on another awards stage as a finalist again.

The difference isn’t just what you see on the outside.

It’s choosing my health.
It’s choosing healing.
It’s choosing peace.
It’s choosing to keep moving forward, even when life feels impossible.

The weight I lost was only part of the story. I also found strength, hope and belief in myself again.

To every woman rebuilding after adversity: your current chapter is not your final chapter.

Keep showing up.
Keep believing.

For a long time I put everyone else first and forgot to look after myself.

This chapter isn’t about revenge or proving anything to anyone. It’s about healing. It’s about choosing my mental health, rebuilding my confidence, and becoming stronger one day at a time.

I’m 13 kilos down, but the biggest transformation hasn’t been physical—it’s been learning that I deserve peace, happiness, and a life filled with kindness.

If you’re going through a difficult season, please don’t give up. Be gentle with yourself. Ask for help. Put your health first for once.

Your story doesn’t end with survival.

The last couple of years have challenged me in ways I never imagined. There have been setbacks, uncertainty, loss, and moments where starting again felt impossible.

But I’ve learned that adversity doesn’t have to define your future. It can become the foundation you build from.

Every day I choose to keep showing up—for my patients, for my vision, and for the business I’m building. Progress isn’t always fast, and healing isn’t always linear, but every small step forward still counts.

I’m pouring my energy into creating Terpeze®, rebuilding my career, and proving to myself that resilience is stronger than circumstance.

To every woman who feels like life has knocked her down: your story isn’t over. You are allowed to rebuild. You are allowed to dream again. And you are allowed to succeed after surviving.

Keep going.
One day you’ll look back and realise that the chapters you wanted to skip became the ones that revealed your strength.

This isn’t about a “divorce glow-up.” It’s about healing.

There was a time I barely recognised the woman looking back at me. Stress took a toll on my health, my confidence and my wellbeing.

Healing didn’t happen overnight. It came one step at a time—through support, choosing peace, prioritising my health, and learning to put myself first again.
