What an amazing break with this bunch, our family & friends. I'm a little sad it's all over, but I'm excited for what this year has to bring in all aspects of our beautiful life✨

Not just physically, but mentally. Im ready to get back into it! Not how I imagined my 2022 to kick off, but I'm going to put that behind me haha!

I am opening my Jan/ Feb appts up for Reiki, waxing and ready to meet my beautiful new YOU Programme clients for 2022, who are ready to commit to themselves. I'm also currently working on an exciting new workshop, that has been inspired by how I've been feeling the last few weeks. Watch this space!

I'll admit I've felt a little lost, agitated, patient levels with the kids haven't been great (how good are holidays) and just been caught up in the heaviness of the world right now. After the last week just really taking a break from it all, focusing on being preset and feeling the feels, I'm finally ready to take on 2022 now.

Well here is my New Years Eve post...
2021 wow what a year💫
My awakening year. I hit my rock bottom and turned it around by studying reiki, health coaching and launching Holistic Living Kiama which now I not only can use to help people going through a similar time, but has helped me so much more than I could of imagined. My mental and physical health is the best it has been in a long time and I feel I'm finally starting to find my feet again.
We were all hit with covid again and that's all I'm going to say... hahaha
We lived with my Mum & Dad whilst we built our dream home we moved in the weekend we went into lockdown. What a bloody process it was but so lucky we had the best builder who brought it to life & created the most amazing house for our family.
It's been a huge year, which a part of me is a little sad to leave behind but I am so excited for another year of growth. I'm ready to take on Yoga Teacher Training and whatever else 2022 has in store for me but here's to a successful and crazy 2021... a year I'll never forget✨

This photo was the taken day I launched Holistic Living Kiama on social media. I made the HLK page, nervously posted the video about my story and boom... 4 months have been probably the hardest working and the busiest I've ever been in my "working life."
I didn't realise when launching this business how much goes into it. The amount of time, studying, energy, learning how to run a business on social media, but for me the biggest part is finding the balance of juggling preschool teaching, my business and everyday life of trying to be a good wife and mum. I'm still learning and wrapping my head around it all, but it's been an amazingly crazy few months which have absolutely loved.
I could not be more grateful for everyone who has supported me so far. I have met the biggest legends through the short time of HLK, who I am so thankful to have in my life.
Thank you to Josh & my family, who have been so amazing every single day to help my dream come true.
I'm looking forward to a lovely break with my family and to reflect on the first few months of my business. So excited to set some goals and plan a BIG 2022 for Holistic Living Kiama, watch this space✨

Little husband introduction🧡
This is my husband Josh, otherwise know as Jim. He is honestly the best bloke you'll ever meet and they aren't my own words.
We met in 2015 at footy training where I basically fell in love with the bloke who was dressed in full kit white skins...attractive I know!
From the time we started hanging out we were basically inseparable and we have had a jam packed 6 years together! Bringing our 2 kiddies into the world, getting married, travelling, building our dream home and making some bloody amazing memories together.
He is the most trustworthy and positive person I know, always bringing the good vibes and making people laugh. He would would do absolutely anything for anyone and always going out of his way for everyone else.
He is honestly my best mate, biggest support & just my rock every single day. We agree on basically everything, we are pretty much the same person, we just get each other on every level.
He has seen me at my lowest this year and now at my absolute highest and had my back the whole way! His support since launching my business... I honestly cannot put into words.
He says at least once a day "life's pretty good hey Frank" (don't ask about the nickname) and it really is! Life is fkn amazing✨

Women supporting Women in a group program. This is something I've been inspired by with my own journey, to surround yourself with like minded women who want to see you grow. When we step outside our comfort zone, that's where the magic happens, especially when you have women around you to cheer you on💫
I have created a women's container to cover important topics we face in our everyday lives in a supportive & interactive environment. Together we will grow 🌱
