One year ago.
Feels like a lifetime ago.

Just a couple of months after we opened the doors to The Sea & Beau our little guy had an accident and suddenly life looked very different.

There were plenty of days running the shop after being up all night by his hospital bed, and moments when it felt like sink or swim for our new business.

But we never felt like we were doing it alone.

Home-cooked meals appeared at our door, people showed up with coffees and hugs for us, and with books, toys and crayons for our son.
So many of you simply checked in and let us know you were thinking of us.

It meant more than anyone probably realised.

And now, one year on, he’s running around 1000 miles per hour and though it feels like a distant memory we won’t forget how everyone showed up for us when we really needed it.

We are so grateful. Grateful for his recovery, for our family, The Sea & Beau and the all beautiful people that have been beside us from the beginning. 🥹
