INFILL OR FULL SET? 👀✨
Not sure whether you’re due for an infill or a full set? Here’s a little visual guide! 🤍
An infill is suitable when you still have a good amount of your existing extensions remaining, with enough healthy natural lashes to work with. We remove any grown-out extensions and fill the gaps with fresh extensions.
If too many extensions have shed, or there are large gaps and only a small amount of the original set remains, this is no longer considered an infill and a full set will be required.
This is why your lash artist may recommend a full set instead of an infill — it’s not about charging for a different service, it’s about having enough natural lashes and existing extensions to work with to achieve a full, even result. 🫶🏼

Something as simple as cleaning my lash tweezers between clients is a non-negotiable for me.
Proper hygiene, cleaning and sanitation procedures are extremely important — not only for my own health and safety, but for yours too. 🫶🏼
Every client deserves a clean, hygienic environment and properly cleaned and disinfected tools. Your lashes are being worked on around your eyes, so hygiene should always be a priority. 👀✨
And just a little reminder when choosing your lash tech: don’t be afraid to pay attention to their hygiene practices. If tools and equipment aren’t being properly cleaned between clients, 🚩🚩🚩

✨ A gentle reminder about arriving early ✨
I absolutely appreciate you being punctual, but arriving early doesn’t always mean I’m ready to bring you in just yet. 🤍
Because I work from home and appointments are generally scheduled back-to-back, the time between clients is often used to finish up, clean and disinfect my space, update notes, restock, or simply have a quick breather and use the restroom before my next appointment.
If you arrive early, please wait in your car until one or two minutes before your scheduled appointment time before coming in. If there is another client’s car parked out the front, please remain in your car until you see the previous client leaving. This just helps make sure I have the privacy and time I need between appointments. 🫶🏼
I also don’t often run behind, but occasionally life happens! Something may take a little longer than expected, something may go wrong, or I may simply need a few extra minutes with the client before you. I’m only human, and I really appreciate your patience if this does happen. 🤍
Your appointment time is the time I have set aside specifically for you, so there’s absolutely no need to arrive early. Arriving on time is perfect! 🤍
