Tank water build-up? Not on our watch 👋🏼✨

We started this transformation with a Hair Detox Treatment to remove all that mineral and product build-up hiding in the hair and to give us a clean canvas to work with. 🫧

At first glance, the AI version looks pretty bloody perfect, right? 👀 But look a little closer…

AI hair can have some very questionable moments 😂 Strands coming from places they definitely shouldn’t, hair seemingly growing from noses or faces, random lines running through the hair, curls that magically merge together, disappearing strands, impossible shine and texture that doesn’t actually exist.

And that matters.

Because when your inspo pic has been heavily AI edited, you’re asking your hairdresser to recreate something that may not physically be possible.

We LOVE a good inspo pic - but we also want you to know what you’re looking at. Check the hairline. Check around the ears and face. Follow individual strands. Look for weird lines, impossible blends and suspiciously flawless colour.

Apparently managing a salon, raising a small army of children, studying a double degree and keeping this place running has finally started leaving receipts. 💀

So today, the boss lady has been forced into the chair to deal with these uninvited little silver sparkles that absolutely nobody asked for.
