The Beauty Spot-Kingscliff Beach

SALON FOR SALE - After 12 wonderful years, the time has come for me to begin a new chapter.

Owning The Beauty Spot has been so much more than running a business. It’s been a place where lifelong friendships have been formed, countless stories have been shared, and I’ve had the privilege of being part of so many special moments in my clients’ lives.

Making the decision to sell has been incredibly difficult. This salon has truly been my second home and a huge part of who I am. But after much thought, I’ve decided it’s time to spend more time at home with my girls and focus on my family.

While it’s bittersweet, I’m also excited for someone else to have the opportunity to continue everything that has been built over the past 12 years.

The Beauty Spot is an established, thriving salon with loyal clientele, an outstanding reputation, beautiful fit-out and streamlined systems.

The salon is currently configured with one treatment room operated by myself and the second room sub let to a complimentary business, however, the space is versatile and can easily be reconfigured to suit the new owner’s needs and vision.

With manageable overheads, no staff to take on, no retail stock to manage, and no outstanding gift vouchers, the business offers a simple transition.

More than anything, I’d love to find someone who shares the same passion for caring for people and will continue to nurture the welcoming, relaxing space that so many clients have come to love.

I’m in no rush to step away and would be more than happy to stay on during the transition to support the new owner and ensure a seamless handover.

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning your own salon, or know someone who has, I’d love to hear from you.

To every client, friend and supporter who has walked through our doors over the past 12 years, thank you. Your loyalty, kindness and trust have meant more to me than words can express, and I will always be incredibly grateful for this beautiful community we’ve built together. 🤍
