By helping to alleviate muscular aches and pains due to sporting activities, computer neck and shoulder tension, general stress and tension as well as pre and post natal aches and pains. Beth is currently completing her degree in Social work with a particular interest in pre and post natal family support. Beth looks forward to meeting you and assisting you to feel better supported with less aches and pains.
