Everywhere I go, I take one of my journals to write in, which are usually bigger ones, this time I’ve taken a small journal that my son Jayden bought me from Vietnam 🙏💚💙 perfect size, nice & light 🌟
Thanks to my daughter Mia for helping me pack super minimal. I only have 2 pairs of shoes with me & one I’m wearing 🙌😂 here’s to new challenges 🥂

Jane designs her own all accessible clothing brand for patients who have a port in their chest for regular medical treatments. Allowing easy access to the port without the patient feeling exposed in a hospital by using the easy zips, clips & folds on the clothing she designs with her mum. Plus giving Jane her own self employment despite being on a disability pension, & a purpose. Jane is hoping to employ other people in her position in the future, so as to not feel trapped or unworthy of working despite living with a long term illness. Cybele, a survivor of domestic violence & regular sufferer of anxiety & PTSD, has overcome so much. She now is living her best life through the help & guidance of Team Musicare. After many mental challenges, she embraced music, painting, dance & teaching French as a means of healing. Her resilience not only led her to move into a unit & get engaged but also become an accomplished artist.
