Cocoon You

🔥 A time for shedding 🔥

Letting go of inherited shadows.
Releasing the shame, the pain, the blame, and giving it to the flame.

A time of bringing forth our passion and our creativity, and returning to sensual experience.

You are worthy. You are good. You deserve to be here. The earth, the mother, needs you.

Remember your love and your generosity. Remember what you came here to do.

At Cocoon You, I'm here to guide and assist you through this process. 🤍

A special evening of sound with my beautiful friend Debbie Savage ✨️🎶💛

Looking forward to Septembers Monthly Sound Rejuvenation.

This Month Sami Vanston joins me with tuning forks and intuitive singing, as I weave sound with crystal bowls and other sacred instruments.

Sammy will intuitively bring the pure tones of tuning forks to each person individually, allowing sound and vibration to meet you exactly where you are.

Come as you are - bring mat, cushions, blankets etc to make yourself completely comfortable. If you can't lie on the floor you are welcome to bring a chair.

✨ WHAT IS A COCOON SESSION? ✨

A Cocoon Session is a deeply nurturing, intuitive experience — a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and return home to yourself.

Wrapped in the warmth of golden light, you are invited to simply lie back, let go and receive.

Each session unfolds intuitively and may weave together energy healing, Reiki, sound, light language and gentle spiritual guidance. No two sessions are exactly the same — the experience meets you where you are in that moment.

It can be a space to slow down, release what no longer feels aligned, reconnect with your own inner wisdom and become more open to the subtle guidance within and around you.

You don't need to understand energy work or have any previous experience.

You simply arrive as you are. ✨

🌿 45 minutes — $70
🌿 60 minutes — $90
