⭐️Reminder Clients⭐️
I have a cancellation/ no show fee as this has highly increased recently. I do know things are beyond your control at times but I’m still trying to run a business and still have bills to be paid to keep my small business up and running.
50% payment is now required if you cancel under 24hours before your appointment time.
If you are a NO SHOW and do get in contact after to rebook. Your rebooking will not be taken until 50% of your cost of your NO SHOW appointment price has been paid.
I apologise that I have to enforce this but people do not realise that we can’t just fill this spot with an hour to spare. I know times are hard but just remember we are all in the same boat.
Thank you for understanding
Kirsty
