Cancellation Policy 〰️
As a small beauty business, Client no shows or last minute Cancellations have a huge financial impact on a business. 
The below Cancellation Policy will be fully enforced moving forward.
Clients who fail to turn up to an appointment or Cancel less than 24 hours prior to their appointment time will be required to pay 50% of their scheduled service.
This fee will need to be Paid before any future bookings can be made.
Services booked for longer then an hour like facials massage etc will require a 50% deposit to be Paid at the time of booking.
