After some time away, I’m gently stepping back into the studio 💚

A while back, life took an unexpected turn and I needed to pause. During that time, I still cared for a few of my beautiful regular clients behind the scenes, but I wasn’t fully present here.

Now… I’m ready to return ✨

Not only am I back, Tactical Nails has a brand new home.
My studio has been lovingly moved and transformed into a private, beautifully renovated space, designed with comfort, calm, and natural nail health at the heart of everything 💅🏼🤍

This next chapter feels different… slower, more intentional, and deeply focused on what truly matters, helping you grow and maintain strong, healthy natural nails.

To my existing clients, thank you for your patience and loyalty through a difficult time. It has meant more than I can put into words 💚

And to anyone new here, welcome. I can’t wait to meet you.

Hey my lovelies!

I just wanted to let you all know that I haven't dropped off the face of the earth entirely! 😂

I have been dealing with / processing a very unexpected, life changing situation over the last several weeks.

I do apologise for any inconvenience caused with the closing of my books recently but I truly appreciate the understanding and support that I have received from all my beautiful clients.

I am slowly healing and moving forward one day at a time and have big plans for Tactical Nails in the very near future.

So please, bare with me while I get my life back on track and I promise you I will be back soon, bigger and better than ever!

I've sat here for quite some time now trying to think of what to write for this post.....

Sometimes the words just don't seem right, or even seem to come at all.

For myself, almost 13yrs of Military service, my husband almost 27 years and my son 7 years currently still serving.

Every Anzac Day we reflect on the sacrifices of our Service Men and Women both past and present, and thank our families for the sacrifices they have also endured over the many years of our service.

These nails are a reminder of some of that sacrifice.

Hand painted by myself, the time spent creating them was also a time of reflection for me.

My time in Defence was not without its trials and pain.... But it was also filled with many incredible experiences and amazing friends made.

Unfortunately some of those friends are no longer with us and others, including myself and my husband face battles every day.

So for those who took a moment today to reflect on the service of one, or many......thank you.

Thank you for keeping the memory of those fallen alive, thank you for remembering that there are young veterans too..... And thank you for acknowledging that a woman marching and wearing medals is not necessarily wearing medals of a male family member.... They are very well likely her own.
