I get to spend the day mentoring Ruby as she steps into and explores the hair industry ✨
Creating positive learning experiences for upcoming talent is something that’s so important to me.
Hands-on education, real salon interaction, building confidence and learning the artistry behind what we do.
I love being able to pass on my knowledge, share my passion for hair and show the next generation just how creative, supportive and inspiring this industry can be 💫
