We’re so excited to introduce Ella who is a qualified Dermal Clinician!
Ella holds a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) from the Australian Dermal Science Institute (ADSI), along with an Associate Degree in Applied Health Science and a Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
With a strong passion for dermal science and skin health , Ella brings a wealth of hands-on experience across both beauty and clinical environments. Her experience includes working with advanced technologies and treatments such as lasers, skin needling, LED therapy, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and manual lymphatic drainage (new service incoming!)
Ella has also worked within a dermatology setting alongside medical professionals, gaining valuable experience in evidence-based skin treatments and advanced medical-grade technologies. She is also currently a Clinic Supervisor at ADSI, where she trains dermal science students with consultations, skin assessments and customised treatment plans.
With her warm nature, attention to detail and passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin, Ella is dedicated to providing personalised treatments with a strong focus on skin health and evidence-based care.
We’re so excited to have Ella as part of the Lush team and can’t wait for you to meet her from next week..

A Few snaps from our birthday event Friday night! Was such a nice evening with new and old faces coming down to celebrate at sol. studio | geelong
What time did the girls arrive last night to the event?
Six years. I honestly can’t believe it's been 6 years since I began the journey of Lush.
I took a risk with a 1yo in tow, no buisness experience just a lot of faith and this has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I feel so grateful that lush is where it is today.
Over the past six years, there have been so many great moments, challenges, lessons, late nights, big decisions, exciting milestones and most importantly, so many amazing paitents who have trusted me and supported my little buiz along the way.
To every person who has walked through lush's doors, recommended us to a friend, shared a post, left a review, or simply continued to support Lush Aesthetics thank you! Your support means more than you will ever know.
I’m so proud of how far weve come, and I’m even more excited for what the next chapter holds (watch this space)
To my Team, thank you from the bottom of my heart, I really wouldn't be where I am today without your ongoing support and treating lush as your own, I have so much gratitude to you girlies!
