Up for lease in January (or earlier by negotiation) is an amazing space in my beautiful sun filled salon on busy Invermay Road.

This site is currently occupied by a hair salon. If the site is re-leased to another hair salon, the lease will be inclusive (if the tenant chooses) of fully fitted out modern hair basins,work stations and chairs from Comfortel.

The space is very versatile due to its open plan, and could seamlessly accommodate a wide range of businesses looking to occupy a high volume, bright and sunny location with easy parking on the edge of the city.

There are so many possibilities to what could be done here!

With Christmas just a couple of weeks away we would like to remind everyone of our salon etiquette to ensure no one misses out on their appointments at Christmas, allowing the salon to run seamlessly without interruption. Please be mindful of the following:
Please confirm your appointment. We send out a reminder message 24hrs before your appointment to help our lovely clients keep up with all their appointments during this busy time. We ask that clients please confirm their appointments or reply to the message if you need to cancel or reschedule. If your appointment is not confirmed we will try to contact you and if we are unable to contact you unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled, we have a large waiting list of clients that would love this appointment.
When planning your day, consider increased traffic and allow time to find a park before your appointment.
As most of you know Invermay gets crazy busy. please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Note that if you’re late this will result in your appointment being cut short, or possibly not being completed at all. Unfortunately if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will struggle to keep your booking. We are all running on fully booked columns and unfortunately if one client runs late, it will impact the rest of our day.
A reminder of our cancellation/no show policy - we kindly ask all clients to be respectful of our stylist at this busy time and if you are unable to make your appointment please give us as much notice as possible. You will be charged 50% of your appointment total if you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment time. If you fail to turn up to your appointment, we will not make future appointments without a deposit.
Whilst Christmas is a crazy time in the salon, it is also our favourite time of the year and we look forward to celebrating with you all 💕💕
