I can finally share this!

I entered three Merindah favourites into the Gold Organic Beauty Awards:

And every single one won Gold.

Together, they've been recognised with the Botanical Nourishment Excellence Award.

Merindah products have been recognised by these awards several times over the years, but there's something pretty special about entering three very different products and watching all three come home with Gold.

And I've been thinking about what “selfcare” actually looks like.

Because I don't think it has to be an hour-long ritual, a green smoothie or finally becoming the sort of woman who meditates at 5am. 😂

Sometimes it's much smaller than that.

Five quiet minutes with your skincare.
Drinking your coffee while it's still hot.
Going for a walk because you feel like it.
Putting your phone down and doing absolutely nothing for ten minutes.

Whatever gives you something back.

For me, skincare is one of those little moments.

I love those few minutes in the morning when something smells beautiful, feels gorgeous on my skin and I'm doing something that's just for me.

Nothing groundbreaking.

Just a little thing that feels good.

And I think September could do with more of those. ❤️

When you say you love your cleanser and the universe takes you literally. 😂

I’m going to need a bigger house.
