I have a feeling I know which one is going to win…

There's something very nice about having a few things that make you feel “ready” without actually having to get ready.

Brows done.

Lashes lifted.

Skincare doing its thing.

And suddenly leaving the house with a bare face doesn't feel quite so bare.

That's why I have clients who keep coming back for their lash lifts.

It's not necessarily about wanting bigger or more dramatic lashes.

They just like feeling a little bit put together before they've even done anything.

And I think that's a very underrated kind of luxury.

If you've heard people talking about lash lifts but have never really understood what one actually DOES…

Here's the simple version.

We aren't adding lashes.

We aren't making your natural lashes longer.

We're changing the way your own lashes sit so they're lifted upward rather than growing straight out or downward.

Then tinting them helps bring out lashes that can almost disappear when they're naturally lighter at the ends.

The result?

Your lashes look longer, darker and more noticeable — but they're still completely yours.

It's basically making the most of what you've already got.

The women who come to me for lash lifts aren't necessarily women who love spending ages on their beauty routine.

Quite often, it's actually the opposite.

They're busy.

They want to get ready quickly.

They don't want to think about mascara every morning.

They like looking polished, but don't necessarily want to LOOK like they've had something done.

Some are mums.
Some work long days.
Some barely wear makeup at all.

They just like catching themselves in the mirror and already looking a little more “ready to go.”

And I completely understand that.

Confession: not everyone wants to wear mascara every day.

Maybe you hate taking it off.

Maybe it smudges under your eyes.

Maybe you rub your eyes without thinking.

Or maybe you just can't be bothered with it.

That's one of the reasons some of my clients love their lash lifts.

With the lift + tint, their lashes already have that darker, more defined look when they wake up.

You can absolutely still wear mascara when you want a little extra.

But on the days you don't?

You don't have to.

One of the things I hear surprisingly often:

“My lashes are already really long, so I probably don't need a lash lift.”

And sometimes long lashes are the ones where you see the BIGGEST difference.

If they naturally grow straight forward or down, you don't necessarily see all that beautiful length.

A lash lift changes the direction of the lash rather than adding anything to it.

From 1 September, a 50% reservation fee will be required to secure appointments. This isn’t an extra charge — it simply comes off your treatment total on the day.

VIVID will also be moving to a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, giving me a little more opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else if your plans change.

So perhaps this is your sign to pull out the calendar and get a little bit organised for future you. ✨
