Model needs to be here no later than 9.45 and be available for 3 hours , above the shoulder length or plan to have it cut above the shoulder. strictly NO highlights or permanent colour in the hair at all as we only have one strength for natural hair to trial. Busy week this week, early morning start on Sunday in Hobart for Clever Curl training. Thank you to my lovely model who was generous with her time and made the trip south for me.
Then on Monday we had a new booking system installed, be patient with us while we navigate our way through it, if there is an awkward silence on the other end of the phone it’s us concentrating on which button to press 🫣

Here’s a picture of my model from Sunday, my model had very fine hair that was over due for a cut, I wanted to give her maximum amount of volume, (unfortunately I didn’t bring scissors to cut layers so I used a brush technique when styling to lift the hair off the scalp ).
I gave her a pre cleanse oil massage on her scalp with the Clever Curl Sweet Almond Oil which contains a rich source of B Vitamins which are known to promote hair growth, as well as Vitamin E which is an antioxidant known to repair hair follicles and reduce inflammation. Then I followed with the cleanser to shampoo , as well as condition and hydrate to not add any weight, defined with wonder foam and sealed the hair with humid weather gel to help stop the frizz and give her long lasting curls.
