The team have been very busy getting the salon customer ready for our re-opening on Monday 1st June!

Above and beyond the NSW Health regulations, we have installed new protective screens. The safety of our customers and staff is our first priority.

We ask our customers to use our free hand sanitizer upon entry into the salon and if you’re feeling unwell or have any flu-like symptoms please call to change your appointment to a later time.

Because of our reduced salon capacity (due to social distancing regulations) we ask all customers call to make an appointment 02 9560 5990 so we can ensure there is a space for you.

We are delighted that we will reopen on Monday 1st June 2020!

To keep our customers safe, we will be implementing the following changes to the way we operate:

* Adhering to all the guidelines outlined by NSW Health including one person per 4 square metre (including staff), with a maximum of 10 people in the salon

* Due to social distancing restrictions we encourage our customers to make an appointment where possible. Walk ins should call 9560 5990 beforehand so we can ensure there is space for you

* All customers are required to sanitise their hands upon entry at the shop and are required to wear a protective mask. Disposable masks will be available for sale at the shop

At Star Nails And You, the health and safety of our clients and team is our top priority. To keep yourself and others healthy amid growing concerns around coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking extra steps to be vigilant. We have put in place extra cleaning measures, meaning more frequent cleaning of the salon, especially high-tough areas and hard surfaces. We encourage all clients and members of our team to follow these best practices:
If you or someone in your household is sick with fever or flu-like symptoms, or has been exposed to COVID-19, please stay at home and reschedule your appointment
Wash your hands immediately upon entering the salon (we have a basin, hand soap and fresh towels available)
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and immediately throw into the trash
We continue to use single-use nail files, nail buffers and pumice bars which you are more than welcome can take home with you.

Finally, our owner is has completed the Australian Government's Infection Control Training (COVID-19) which includes modules on Signs & Symptoms and How To Keep Safe.

We will continue our regular trading hours until instructed otherwise.
