🌿 A little something else I’ve been quietly involved in…
Some of you who know me through Living Deeply may not know that I’ve recently joined the volunteer committee of Conscious Women Connect (CWC).
CWC is a growing community collective creating welcoming spaces across the Northern Rivers where women can simply gather, connect, have meaningful conversations, form friendships and experience a greater sense of belonging.
It’s something that feels very aligned with what has always mattered to me through Living Deeply — supporting wellbeing not just through our bodies, but through connection, presence and community too.
My own Pause & Gather menopause and midlife group is now one of the regular CWC gatherings, alongside many other gatherings hosted by wonderful women throughout our region.
And something I particularly love — these gatherings are offered in service to women, at no cost to attend, other than whatever you might choose to buy at the venue or bring along. 💛
So if you’ve been craving a little more genuine human connection, have a look at the infographic and see if something speaks to you.
Sometimes wellbeing looks like massage, meditation or taking some quiet time for ourselves… and sometimes it looks like pulling up a chair and sitting alongside other women. 🌿✨

This month in our Mindful Midlife Circle we’re exploring Cultivating Discernment 🌿
Inspired by the work of : Linda Rose Cooper, we’ll reflect on how midlife asks us to develop the quiet inner wisdom to know what truly nourishes, aligns and supports us in this season of change.
Through mindfulness, reflection, nervous system settling and compassionate conversation, we create space to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with ourselves — beneath the noise and overwhelm of modern life. ✨

✨ RETREAT TO RETURN TO LOVE ✨
I’m feeling so deeply excited to be part of this upcoming Return to Love women’s retreat — not only as a massage therapist, but as a woman who knows what becomes possible when we gather in a consciously held field of love.
It carries that same unmistakable feeling I’ve missed from the Bali retreats of years past…
When women come together with a shared intention — love and let love — something ancient and playful awakens. The wellspring that lives inside us is allowed to emerge, to soften, to rest, to laugh, to be witnessed. Ordinary life rarely makes room for this. Retreat does.
I recently heard Mel Robbins say:
“You know who’s having a hard time right now? Everyone. So be kind.”
And kindness asks that we’re resourced. That we’ve tended to ourselves. That we’ve stepped away long enough to return with presence and capacity.
This is what this retreat offers — a pause, so we can return to love.
✨ One more beautiful piece ✨
This retreat is being offered with a spirit of generosity — including deeply reduced full retreat passes and a small number of flexible day passes. That means you can shape your own experience: one day, a few days, the practices and nourishment that feel most supportive for you right now.
I’ll be there offering massage, joining the circles, floating between sessions, soaking up the land, the food, the water, the connection. I already sense this will be one of those experiences we carry with us — and remember fondly — long after it ends.
If this is stirring something in you, feel free to DM me. I’m very happy to share more and connect you with the beautiful facilitators Fiona & KJ.
Join us for one day, or immerse yourself for several — you choose your days.
I’d love to be there together. 💛

I’ve been a massage therapist for 31 years… and only recently learned that frozen shoulder can be linked to menopause! 😮
If I’d known that sooner, it would’ve changed how I treated and supported so many women. It’s made me realise how little we’ve all been taught about menopause — and how much more there is to it than just hot flashes and mood swings.
Thankfully, there’s now more research into women’s health than there has been in 20 years. Education is power — and it’s helping us make informed, empowered choices through this transition. 💛
✨ Curious what symptoms might actually be menopause-related?

✨ Pause & Gather – November Reflections ✨
This is already our 5th month of Pause & Gather! So much wisdom, laughter, and inspiration have been shared — it’s been such a joy to grow this community together. 💞
This month, we’re diving into beauty, visibility & self-worth in midlife — exploring how much of our self-image has been shaped by cultural ideals, and how freeing it feels to redefine beauty as authenticity, courage & presence. 💫
We’ll be tuning into two podcasts — Mighty Pursuit and How to Fail with Elizabeth Day (feat. Pamela Anderson) — both inviting us to reflect on:
🌸 Seeing ourselves beyond the external lens
🌿 Reclaiming body, voice & self
🔥 Embracing midlife as liberation
DM me to Join our WhatsApp group for the podcast links before our next Pause & Gather on Saturday 1st Nov, 2:30–4:30pm at The Wharf Bar — a free podcast table talk for midlife women to learn, share & laugh together. 🌸

🌕 October Mindful Midlife Circle 🌿
The River of Becoming
Midlife isn’t a crisis — it’s a sacred transition.
A swirl of endings and beginnings,
grief and gratitude,
confusion and clarity —
all flowing together as you become more you.
This month’s guided meditation invites you to step into the river…
to trust the current,
to soften into the paradox,
and to remember:
you can do hard things and feel tender all at once. 💫
