💗 💜 💙 💚 🧡 💛 ❤️
Depression and anxiety are real.
They aren't physical, but you can see them if you look close enough.
Depression is the dirty dishes left in the sink for far too long because lack of motivation to tackle them.
Depression is her silence. It’s how she doesn’t answer texts and calls from her friends and family because she feels like everyone hates her.
Depression is her trying so hard. It’s her lack of genuine smiles, laughs, and warmth, even for the things that usually make her smile, like baby kisses and hugs.
Anxiety is the way she follows her kids around. And the way she breathes in heavily and grabs her stomach when they fall as if she’s catching her heart in her stomach.
Anxiety is in her exhaustion and the heaviness of her eyelids. It's how her body needs to rest, but her mind keeps moving. The way she busies herself preparing everything for tomorrow and can’t seem to get over everything that happened today.
Anxiety is her wanting to contribute to the conversation but holding back. Because maybe her joke is stupid. Maybe she said that awkward. And maybe they will roll their eyes and talk about her as she walks away.
Anxiety and depression are a heart full of doubt.
But the one thing she never doubts is the love she has for her children. Her children pull her back into this world and help her fight.
Mothers are so busy taking care of others that the day-to-day becomes a perfectly choreographed dance. And she can go unnoticed.
Because she has no choice but to drag herself out of bed.
Because she hugs her kids and sings no matter what the day brings.
Because she’s so incredibly strong.
So you’ll never know the battle she’s fighting unless you take a closer look.
I challenge you to look.
And to the Mama struggling, you’re deeply loved, and your family notices you. Maybe not every detail of your day and the inner workings of your mind, but they'd be lost without you.
And I know that because their love for you
is 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 visible.

DEPRESSION TIPS:
Shower. Not a bath, a shower. Use water as hot or cold as you like. You don’t even need to wash. Just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. Sit on the floor if you gotta.
Moisturize everything. Use whatever lotion you like. Unscented? Poundland lotion? Fancy 48 hour lotion that makes you smell like a field of wildflowers? Use whatever you want, and use it all over your entire dermis.
Put on clean, comfortable clothes.
Put on your favorite underwear. Cute black lacy panties? Those ridiculous boxers you bought last christmas with pink love hearts on the butt? Put them on.
Drink cold water. Use ice. If you want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.
Clean something. Doesn’t have to be anything big. Organize one drawer of a desk. Wash five dirty dishes. Do a load of laundry. Scrub the bathroom sink.
Blast music. Listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something that’s got lots of energy. Sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.
Make food. Don’t just grab a Kit Kat bar to munch. Take the time and make food. Even if it’s beans on toast. Add something special to it, like a soft boiled egg or some veggies. Prepare food, it tastes way better, and you’ll feel like you accomplished something.
Make something. Write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. Even if you don’t think you’re good at it. Create.
Go outside. Take a walk. Sit in the grass. Look at the clouds. Smell flowers. Put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.
Call someone. Call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. Talk to a stranger on the street. Have a conversation and listen to someone’s voice. If you can’t bring yourself to call, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. Even if you don’t say much, listen to them. It helps.
Cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them. Take pictures of them. Talk to them. Tell them how you feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out, anything.
May seem small or silly to some, but this list keeps people alive.
*** At your absolute best you won’t be good enough for the wrong people. But at your worst, you’ll still be worth it to the right ones. Remember that. Keep holding on.
*** In case nobody has told you today I love you and you are worth your weight and then some in gold, so be kind to yourself and most of all keep pushing on!!!!
Find something to be grateful for!
May I please get 2 friends or family members to copy and re-post? I am trying to demonstrate that someone is always listening.
Just two. Any two.

Card of the day: Death Mother…💀
Something is holding you down, it is time to make a choice and step away. Yes- that can be painful and hard, but not as hard as being something that you don’t want to be. Time to make a plan to help bring freedom forward. This can be financial freedom, emotional freedom or even spiritually free.. you will know what to do.

Onwards and upwards… ❤️
Life is simply one big school and each of us are trying to pass this current level and move on to the next.
However, if you’re like me, and you ever catch yourself slipping back into a previous version of yourself that you believe you have already leveled up from. First ask yourself if you actually passed that level at all?
I find that sometimes we only deceive ourselves into believing we received a passing grade, with the hopes that we could just move past that tough lesson, as if it wasn't important. 😂🤣
FYI, They're all important! 💯

Today's Angel Message
From the Angel Guide Oracle deck by Kyle Gray
Pause, close your eyes and take a deep breath and let it all out, smile and say thank you Angels for revealing to me what I need to know today.
CUT THE CORDS
What is holding you back ? Is it feelings of resentment or hurt ? Are you attached to a memory or drama , place, thing or situation that is no longer serving you?
Energetic cords can bind us to what is no longer serving us. They can hold us down and keep us stuck in a place or emotional state that doesn't honour us. This can drain our energy both spiritually and physically and prevent us from shining our bright light.
Take a sometime and call in your Angels to assist you in cutting the energetic cords that bind you to people, places, things and situations, dramas, fears and doubts that are no longer serving you.
If you feel this relates to a situation or drama that is no longer serving you, then it's time to remove yourself from the negativity, you already know that it's not serving you and is holding you back, so take a step back from it . Ask your Angels for support to make the change and help you cut the cords that are binding to it.
If you would like assistance in calling in your angels to help with this please contact me I have a beautiful prayer/ meditation that will assist you.
Please share this post if it resonates with you.
