Pay attention. Write them down. Become aware 🙏🏽🦋

It took years to become confident to be myself. It took a lot of healing to change my story and embody who I AM unapologetically. To love all the parts that I’ve tried hiding my entire life to make other people feel more comfortable in my presence.

Yet, I’ve always admired those who have no problem being their loud, crazy, eccentric selves. I’d watch in awe. Majority of the time, these people are the ones who show strangers love, kindness and compassion.

The way I see it, you can’t be everyone’s cup of tea.

Go FCK s**t up 💥

Perceptive 💖✨

Investing, learning, adapting, growing 🚀❤️‍🔥

I am my future. I attract everything that is meant for me.
I trust. I love. I work.

Another week, another lockdown to refocus and recharge 🔒💭

Focus on things within your control.
⚡️move your body in ways it feels good for you
⚡️ eat to nourish your body AND your soul
⚡️ catch & challenge your negative self talk
⚡️ be gentle with you & welcome stillness into your day.

We’re all in this together. I think some people are forgetting that.

Show compassion, speak love & be kind ✨

And we’re back.. for now.. 😵‍💫
