✨ FORMALS 2026 ✨

Formal season will be here before we know it, so if you’re planning your appointments, here are my recommendations to help everything come together perfectly!

✨ Lashes: If you have a birthday or another special event before your formal, I recommend booking a fresh full set for that occasion, then an infill before your formal (depending on how long before your formal your birthday or event is). This gives you the chance to wear your lashes beforehand and, if you’d like anything tweaked or changed, we have plenty of time to do so before your formal.

✨ Brows: If you have a birthday or another special event before your formal, I recommend booking your brows beforehand, then having a Brow Sculpt & Dye before your formal (depending on how long before your formal your birthday or event is). This lets you see how you like your shape and colour, and if you’d prefer anything adjusted, we can make those changes before your big day. I also always recommend a Brow Sculpt & Dye over a standard brow wax and tint before your formal. I map your brows first to create the perfect shape, then customise the dye colour to suit you. This gives us far more colour options and a result that’s tailored specifically to you.

✨ Spray Tans: If you’re thinking about having a trial, I highly recommend it! You might have a certain colour in mind now, but once you have your dress, you may decide a different shade suits it even better. A trial gives us time to find the perfect colour so there are no surprises before your formal.

a little note on this set: we made a small adjustment at the end of the appointment to extend the tail slightly, which is why the mapping in the photo looks a little different. she let me know before leaving so we could tweak it to suit her preference perfectly!

i always recommend going home and sitting with your brows once they’ve healed as these will heal lighter and more natural over the next few weeks. it’s also when you’ll really get a feel for them day-to-day. at your touch up, we can always make small changes to the colour or shape if needed, it’s all part of the process ✨

your brows are on your face, not mine, so it’s so important you absolutely love them before you leave 🫶🏼 if something feels off, even slightly, please always let me know during your appointment so we can perfect them together on the spot. if you ever leave and feel unsure later on, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via instagram ( ) or facebook (facebook.com/yazpryor) - i’m ALWAYS more than happy to help and guide you through the healing process if needed.

ℹ️ for those thinking of booking a brow tattoo, i recommend starting with a sculpt & dye appointment first. this gives you a really good idea of the shape, colour and overall style on your face before committing to something more permanent, and allows us to make adjustments together so you feel 100% confident going into your tattoo appointment.
