Well I really haven’t commented on this year let alone lockdown or the pandemic I feel like there’s enough negativity out in the world and truthfully I feel lucky to have my health but this year, in terms of “business”… it’s been rough, confidence has gone, people are wary to come as regularly as they ever once did and keeping the doors open when I too have a family to go home to is hard, but this isn’t a poor me post and I don’t need sympathy but this is f* HARD!

This year for me has brought many situations out that I never thought I would be in, closing for longer then I expected when Peach came into this world and then returning for just a week before Peach became unwell, trying to work as much as I could around the travel and hospital visits and I finally got back on top of things, fully restocked the shop then we go into lockdown, to too it off today the business visa was used fraudulently taking the money I have worked so hard for.

In saying all of that on the flip side I’m so grateful for this year it’s shown me how loyal my clients are it’s bought me my little Peach and whilst lockdown can be hard I’ve chosen to look at it as an opportunity to spend my time on the things that truely matter, family, friends and myself plus the little jobs around the house that never seem to get done. I’m so grateful to be able to hold onto the business so I can return better then ever!

Well what an uncertain world we live in

To be honest it scares me and what the future holds for my business that being said I will try and hold onto it as best I can I love what I do to much to let this drag it down

For now i am still trading and as you know the situation is changing daily, I have completed the covid-19 government training in order to keep everyone safe so to accomodate things are changing in the salon

Only one person in the salon at any time! I have a hand washing sink inside as well as hand Santizer outside before entering.

No tea and coffee will be served and no magazines are available.

An obvious thing to point out if you are feeling unwell or someone close to you is unwell please stay away cancel or reschedule your appointment

Trading hours will tighten and times between clients will lengthen so that no over lapping happens which will allow the salon to be cleaned throughout the day.

So that we can accommodate existing clients the books are temporarily closed to new clients.

I ask that you please bear with me during these times and while all these changes take place.
