Unfortunately, when clients arrive late or fail to attend their appointment altogether, it impacts not only the schedule but also the sustainability of the business. As a small, self-run salon, I rely on careful planning to maintain a high standard of service and fairness to all clients.

To help keep things running smoothly for everyone, I am introducing a new policy:
🚨 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or changes. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you fail to attend your appointment, a fee equal to half the cost of the scheduled service will apply. 🚨

This policy ensures I can continue to provide the personalized, high-quality service you expect and deserve. I understand that emergencies happen, so if you need to make adjustments, please let me know as soon as possible. Communication is key 🔑, and I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and effort.
