A super common headache type is the cervicogenic headache which is best described as a reoccurring headache related to muscular ailments ie tight and weak neck and jaw muscles due to poor posture/ poor alignment being one of the main causes / aggravating factors and also weakness due to posture again and lake of strength in combination to poor balance Newton the Jaw and neck. One thing that is worthy of note is also an overuse factor due to repetitive motions and positioning that can be statin inducing. The Holistic approach using a combination of invasive and supper effective is of Dry Needling, soft issue release and PNF stretching changes the tonicity of the musculature from tight and dysfunctional to non symptomatic and balanced muscle tone. After care involves home work stretching of key muscles, hydration & supplementation and ergonomic advice.
