After many wonderful years in Lorn, Katachi Hair and Spa will be closing its Belmore Road location as we begin a new chapter.

Our time in Lorn has been incredibly special. Katachi has been more than just a salon it has been a place filled with relaxation, connection and so many beautiful moments shared with our clients. Every appointment, every conversation and every person who walked through our doors helped shape what Katachi became, and for that we are truly grateful.

To our amazing clients, thank you for the support, loyalty and kindness you have shown us over the years. You have truly been the heart of this business.

With the building now listed for sale, it has created challenges for us continuing to operate from this space. While this means our Lorn chapter is coming to an end, it also marks the beginning of something new.

Moving forward, we will be welcoming clients at our new space Eloura Skin & Spa

Hair clients:
Jaz will be working Thursdays, Fridays and one Saturday per month at the new location. We will be in contact with all hair clients regarding upcoming appointments.

Some questions you may have:

What about my voucher purchased for Katachi Hair and Spa?
All vouchers will still be honoured at our new space, so please don’t stress.

What about my upcoming appointment?
All spa appointments will remain exactly as booked, just at our new location. Hair bookings may need to be rescheduled and we will contact those clients directly.

What happens to my hair appointment deposit if I can’t reschedule?
Your deposit will remain as a credit voucher with no expiry that can be used at our new location. Alternatively, please contact us directly.

While it is bittersweet to close this chapter in Lorn, we are excited for this fresh beginning and look forward to continuing to welcome you.
