1. A $50 non‑refundable deposit is now required for all colour and chemical services.
This helps secure your booking and allows us to reserve the right amount of time and product just for you.

2. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We never want to rush your service, and this helps us stay on time for all clients throughout the day.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we make these changes.
