Not all matcha is equal. The grade changes everything.

Mood Matcha is B1 Premium grade. It’s spring-harvested in Kagoshima, Japan, from young, shade-grown leaves, and certified organic JONA/JAS.

With matcha you drink the whole leaf, so you get everything in it:

🍵 L-theanine, traditionally valued for calm, clear focus
🍵 Natural antioxidants (catechins)
🍵 Chlorophyll, which gives it its bright emerald colour
🍵 Steady, gentle caffeine, with no spike and no crash

Most honey is heat-treated and stripped of its actives.
Ours is Tasmanian Cold Climate and Wild Harvest Mānuka: naturally bioactive and rich in antioxidants. We keep it under 40°C, the temperature inside a beehive, so its natural enzymes and nutrients stay intact. Then we add nutraceuticals for beauty, sleep and immunity.

Most tea bags hold one to one and a half grams of tea. Ours hold three. Organic hand stitched cotton, filled with whole-leaf certified-organic tea — generous enough for two full infusions from a single bag. Steep your first cup. Set the bag aside. Top up with fresh hot water when you’re ready for the second. The way tea bags should have always been made. 💛
