Every booking is important to me, every client that takes the time to invest in themselves has a relevance in my practice.
When I have a little set of feet in my studio, as I did today, it most certainly brings about a sense of honour and humbleness to my heartspace and for many reasons.
I am humbled by the decision of the parents to make the investment in their child’s wellbeing and energetic footprint.
I am honoured to not only just hold space for those little feet but to facilitate the healing and treatment is something that is so special to me.
To initiate and open up to the connection with those little feet is exciting to me and I am touched by the connection.
When I think about the opportunity to offer the modality and my craft to little people, I explode with excitement and joy - offering a simplified version of how to step into becoming conscious of their own bodies and gently offering some advice along the way, it fills me in the most amazing way.
So today was wonderful, like every other day in the studio, but to think that tonight those little set of feet will be going to bed with a new sense of how to support their own little bodies, using their breathe, with a growing awareness of how to listen to their bodies - all I can say is - my heart is full.

Hello September, here we are already, at one of my most favourite months of the year.
Feeling the warmth of the sun already, the change of the season is upon us and it brings a new sense of awareness and acknowledgment.
I’m excited for a new month of healing, learning and conscious awareness.
Where in your body do you feel you could benefit from using your conscious awareness to bring in the light?
In anticipation of the upcoming Ipswich Plant and Lifestyle Fair, I have chosen a set of fabrics that jumped out at me and I will be creating many comfort bags for the market in November.

The massage table is a great place to take stock of your where you currently are, not in judgement but in observation.
Your treatment and the time that you allocate to self is a powerful engaging opportunity with self.
In the studio, we speak and step into the energy of coming home to self - what does this mean. It simple means using the time for your treatment to focus on you, your body, your healing, your love to self.
Through breathe, we can create space and offer permission to self to utilise this time in a way that we seldom have the opportunity to do and that is completely focus on ourselves without feeling selfish.
This investment in self is so powerful, important, necessary and essential to understanding ourselves and our beautiful bodies.
Yesterday in the studio was special, for me to be able to facilitate this healing space for my clients brings me so much satisfaction and joy in life.
The exchange with my clients keeps me humble and a deep sense of heartfelt appreciation.

I am so very excited that I have confirmed my attendance at the next Ipswich Plant and Lifestyle Fair on Saturday 6th November.

I had a number of people enquire about massage oils at the last fair that I attended so I am so pleased to be able to present a new product to my range!
