So… what even is Barre? Pronounced “bar” (Not bar-ray, scomo)
We get this question all the time here in the Riverland and we love it 😅
Barre is a low-impact workout that blends:
🩰 Ballet-inspired moves
🔥 Strength training
💪 Pilates style core work
🧘 Yoga, Stretch & mobility
No dance experience needed (promise). Most of the workout is made up of small, controlled movements that target muscles deeply (especially thighs, glutes, arms and core)
It might look gentle… but those tiny pulses bring the 🔥 real fast
Barre is perfect if you want to:

✔️ Tone up
✔️ Improve posture
✔️ Be kind to your joints

Savasana provides an opportunity for your body and mind to rest and absorb the benefits of your workout. After challenging your muscles and elevating your heart rate, Savasana allows your nervous system to relax, promotes recovery, and helps you leave the class feeling refreshed and centered.
If you need to leave during Savasana, please do so mindfully to respect the experience of others. Quietly wipe down your mat and equipment and exit the room without speaking, as this is a time for stillness and calm. By doing so, you help maintain the peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy their final moments of rest.
