Today I was reminded how powerful and important each stage of the Raindrop Technique is. And how uniquely different each treatment and result is every time for each individual person. 💕

'Vitaflex'- meaning vitality through the reflexes, is how we begin each session using a gentle roll and release technique working on reflex points on the feet.👣

The Vitaflex theory is fascinating. Developed by Tibetans before acupuncture, the gentle roll and release movement creates a piezoelectrical charge. The electrical energy that is produced through this movement transfers to the nerve pathways. Once the energy finds a gap in the circuit, it repairs the break in the pathway that is creating the imbalance in the body. Paired with the electromagnetic properties of Young Living essential oils, the process is enhanced so much more. (the oils quite often help clients drift off to sleep during this process too!)💤

Today we focused on sinus congestion, adding eucalyptus and cedarwood to nose & throat reflex points on the feet. (extra focus on toes)
