But over the last couple of years, Mocha Blend has become my personal favourite.

Sunburn isn’t the beginning of a tan — it’s skin damage.

As much as we all love a bronzed glow (and trust me, I get it 🙋🏼‍♀️), once your skin is sunburnt there’s not much we can do. Healthy skin is the foundation of a beautiful, long-lasting tan, and sunburn compromises that.

✨ What can you do instead?

💧 Hydrate your skin regularly
Moisturise morning and night, and if you can, use an aloe vera spray throughout the day to help soothe and replenish the skin.

☀️ Stay out of the sun
Or be SunSmart and cover up while your skin heals.

🥤 Drink plenty of water
Hydration from the inside out can help support your body’s healing process.

❌ Avoid exfoliating
Until the sunburn and any peeling has completely healed.

A spray tan applied over sunburnt, peeling skin can develop unevenly, fade patchy and simply won’t last.

A lot of the time, brides are trying a spray tan for the very first time. They may have no tanning history or only have experience with self-tan — and both are completely okay 🤎

During your consultation, we’ll chat about your tanning history, including what products you’ve used, what you’ve loved, what you haven’t, and how they developed on your skin

It might seem like an odd question at first, but it gives me valuable insight into how your skin responds to tanning ingredients and helps me determine suitable solution or custom blend ✨

One of the reasons I love working with is because the formulas are beautiful, nourishing and skin-loving. The colour you see developing is a true reflection of your final result — not a super dark cosmetic bronzer that rinses away after two showers
