A LITTLE REMINDER FROM ROSEY & CO 🤍

It’s come to my attention that cancellations and no-shows have unfortunately been happening more often than I’d like to admit.

I completely understand that life happens and emergencies can come up unexpectedly. However, as a small business, every appointment matters. When an appointment is cancelled last minute or missed completely, that time could have been offered to another client.

I kindly ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

✨ Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% cancellation fee
✨ No-shows = 50% of the scheduled service fee

This policy isn’t intended to be harsh ,it’s simply about respecting my time, my business and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Thank you so much for understanding, supporting my small business and respecting my time. Every booking, share, review and recommendation means more than you know. 🩷

Love, Rosey x
