Hello! I’m Yasmynn, the educator + mentor/owner/founder of Desire Beauty Academy.

I could talk about me and these businesses forever but I’ll keep it fairly short…I’ve gone from artist to educator, I opened a successful beauty salon in Far North QLD back in 2020 when I was only 19!! & closed it just last year (2024) to relocate elsewhere. BUT moving onto DBA…I opened this biz in 2023 and have really grown to love educating and mentoring students/women in biz & lash and brow artists SO much more! I love what I do and honestly couldn’t see myself not doing it!

I educate you in all things lashes and brows but I also give you so much knowledge and advice for how to open, run and grow your salons! I take so much pride in educating and mentoring all my students the right way and I give SO much support to each one of them! I know first hand what it’s like to set up, start, open, run and grow a salon….I have 5 years experience being a lash and brow artist/biz owner!!

✨So, what is it?
It’s an 8 week 1:1 coaching and mentoring program where I take you through EVERYTHING from starting, to setting up, to then building and upscaling your lash/brow business! Literally EVERYTHING you need to own, open and run your beauty business!

📱Requirements? At minimum you must have a certificate in either lashes or brows and either want to open, or have already opened, your salon! **You don’t need to be certified by us to enrol in our 8 week program, just as long as you are certified.

✨What’s included in the program?
•Weekly Zoom or Teams calls
•Check-in’s + 1 check-in, 3mths after completion
•10+ Worksheets, workbook, checklists, guides, client forms & scripts, social media captions & hashtags are included.
•We cover 8 “modules” with 5-12 topics within each of those main topics.
•We work through EVERYTHING together, I help you set up, start up and open your salon - if you’ve opened your salon, I help you upscale and show you how to gain more clients!
•Afterwards, you’ll have extensive knowledge in foundations & fundamentals of a business, setting up, client management, brand & business, social media, growth beyond the chair and scaling/opening!
