I watch over Intuition with so much love and passion, constantly thinking about how we can elevate, expand and create more opportunity for our team, our clients and our community.
Entering the AHIAs takes a lot of time and effort, but there is something so beautiful about being forced to stop and reflect.
How far the business has come.
How much it has evolved.
The challenges we’ve worked through.
The people who have grown alongside it.
And the team wins that can so easily get lost in the pace of running a business, especially during challenging seasons.
I genuinely encourage more salon owners to put themselves forward. There are so many incredible businesses and hidden gems within this industry that deserve to be recognised 🥹
