Today is a really special day at Intuition. Kate celebrates 10 years with us 🤍🥹✨

And honestly, I don’t even know how to put into words what that really means because it’s never just been “work” for us. It’s been friendship, growth, chaos, success, hard seasons, big belly laughs, TMI, tears, business evolution, motherhood, leadership… life.

When I say we’ve grown up together, I truly mean it.
The business owner, leader and woman I am today has been shaped so heavily by the last 10 years beside Kate. We’ve both walked through some incredibly transformational chapters together and deep down, I just know we were meant to build what we have in this lifetime.

Anyone who knows Kate knows exactly why she is so loved. She makes every single person feel welcome the second they walk through our doors. She’s our personality hire turned won’t leave 😂 jks but she is funny AF, supportive beyond words, fiercely loyal, grounding in hard moments and somehow always knows how to make everyone around her feel safe, calm and seen. She is the heart of so much of Intuition and mate of course she won manager of the year 😮‍💨🔥

People are constantly telling us how lucky we are to have the relationship we do and honestly… they’re right. A work relationship like ours is rare. It’s built on trust, respect, loyalty, love and years of showing up for each other over and over again. One of my goals when I opened Intuition was to pay my people long service leave and proudly, creating a work environment where people thrive and want to show up!

Kate, I am SO proud of you. Of the woman you are today, the leader you’ve become, the success you’ve created and the impact you have on our team, our clients and myself. Thank you for being my rock through the hard times, for the endless laughs, the bubbles, the memories - you are amazing, and we all loved celebrating you this week in salon and obvy with a few bubbles after work yesterday!

10 years feels huge… but I have a feeling the next 10 are going to be even bigger 🥂
