Why are you so stiff? đ
Shoulder pain but no shoulder warm-up?
If youâve only got 2 minutes before training, grab a glute band and do this:
đđ»Band Pull-Aparts â 1 minute
Activates the rotator cuff, opens the chest, and improves shoulder position.
đđ»Serratus âForkliftâ Raises â 1 minute
Fires up the serratus anterior to help keep your shoulders stable overhead.
Thatâs it.
Run it as a 2-minute AMRAP and focus on getting blood flow into the muscles. Itâs not a full mobility routine, but itâs the bare minimum that can make a big differenceâespecially if youâre over 30.
Your sleep position might be the reason youâre waking up stiff, sore, or with painâŠ
Small habits at night can quietly stress your neck, back, and nerves over time.
Comment âYESâ and Iâll show you what to fix.

Pain between your shoulder blades?
Itâs usually not just âtightâ itâs overworked.
These muscles are constantly holding you upright, especially with posture and training.
Dry needling helps release that tension and reset the area so it can move properly again.
Say Goodbye to Shoulder Tension
Did you know you can dry needle the psoas?
One of the deepest and most important muscles in the body â responsible for hip flexion, posture, and stabilising your lower back.
When itâs tight or overactive, it can contribute to lower back pain, hip pinching, groin discomfort and anterior pelvic tilt.
Sometimes stretching isnât enough.
Thatâs where precise dry needling can help reset the tone and restore movement.
Deep muscle. Big impact.

Sometimes itâs not about pushing harder â itâs about releasing whatâs holding you back.

This is why massage isnât always the best option for improving shoulder movement.
Massage helps relax tight muscles, but it doesnât always reach the deeper trigger points that restrict movement.
Dry needling targets those deeper tissues directly, helping switch off overactive muscles, reduce pain, and restore proper shoulder mechanics, so movement actually improves, not just feels better.
Most people think neck pain only comes from tight traps, especially after long hours of repetitive work or poor posture.
But what often gets overlooked are the scalenes.
These deep neck muscles can be a major source of pain, stiffness, headaches, and even symptoms that travel down the arm. When theyâre tight or overloaded, they can irritate nearby nerves and mimic shoulder or arm issues.
Treating the neck properly isnât just about rubbing where it hurts, itâs about addressing the real cause.
