📣 We’re trialling some new trading hours at Klippitz & Co. ✂️
To better accommodate our clients and team, we’ll be making a few temporary adjustments to our opening hours:
🕖 Tuesdays — Extended hours until 7:00pm�🕛 Saturdays — Closing at 12:00pm

✨ KLIPPITZ & CO. NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENT POLICY ✨
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

✨ BOOKING & DEPOSITS
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all NEW client COLOUR AND CHEMICAL STRAIGHTENING appointments.
• Your deposit will go toward your total service cost.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

✨ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

✨ LATE ARRIVALS / NO SHOWS
• Clients arriving significantly late may need to reschedule depending on the stylist’s availability.
• No-shows will result in loss of deposit and future bookings may require full prepayment.
