Mint Hair now sends two confirmation texts to you, one two days prior to your scheduled appointment & we ask you to respond "yes" or "no" to the sms confirmation to automatically confirm or cancel your appointment. If you do not respond to the first confirmation text you will receive a second confirmation text to confirm your appointment, if not confirmed your appointment will then be canceled.
