A Sanctuary for Skin & Soul ✨️
This is one of my favourite rituals for smooth, radiant skin ✨️
Exfoliation helps remove buildup, support healthy cell turnover, refine texture, and create the perfect canvas for makeup and skincare absorption.
For this ritual, I paired the Stone Crop Oxygenating Fizzofoliant with the Pineapple Tonique 🍍
The Stone Crop Fizzofoliant is a powder-to-foam exfoliant that gently buffs away dead skin cells, while the Pineapple Tonique contains bromelain and PHA to lightly refine, hydrate, and enhance radiance.
The best part is that you can also simply activate the fizzofoliant with water, making it easy to customise for your skin’s needs 😌
I completed this ritual with the Sh*take + Ashwagandha Bi-Phase Mist, and the Niacinamide Backuchiol Moisturiser (my all time favorite!)

Skin, like nature, moves in cycles.
There are moments of balance and glow, and other times when it asks for rest, nourishment, and patience.
In the treatment room, I always remind my clients that healthy skin isn’t about rushing the process or forcing quick results.
It’s about supporting the skin through its different seasons with the right care, and nourishing ingredients.
Sometimes the most powerful part of a skincare ritual is simply slowing down, taking a breath, and allowing your skin the space to rebalance.
Wherever your skin is right now, it’s just part of the season it’s moving through 🌼

One of my favourite parts of creating treatments is experiencing them first! Feeling the textures, noticing the sensations, and witnessing the results in real time.

Real Results, Naturally ✨️
These are my own before and after photos, and I am so happy with my progress 😌
The first photo was taken in March! I've only had 4 x Fire & Ice facials, and I have been very consistent with my home routine, using the Éminence range.
