A small update from Mason Skin

From 1 October, you may notice a small change to some of our prices.

Like many small businesses, the cost of providing our products and services has continued to increase. From stock & consumables to energy, insurance, software, freight licensing and compliance, and just recently a mandate on card surcharge ban.

In true Mason style we’ve chosen to keep things simple.

From 1 October 2026

• You’ll see one clear, all-inclusive price through our integrated system which allows for the convenience of 24/7 bookings, secure card capture and automatic reminders so we can continue to keep costs down.
• To assist us with keeping costs down for transactions, we welcome and encourage cash, we encourage you to insert your physical card and use EFTPOS where possible, we also have the facility for direct deposit at checkout.
• AMEX will not be accepted.

We know every dollar counts, and we’ve been very mindful about these changes.

At Mason, our pricing reflects more than the time you spend in the treatment room. It allows us to continue providing the things that are really important to us- the same experienced staff each treatment, continued education, consistent care, quality products and equipment, longer appointments and genuine time with our clients, and a beautiful private clinic where it’s all about you.

We’re a small, locally owned Mackay business, and every appointment, product purchase, recommendation and return visit genuinely supports two local women doing what we love.
