When Your Energy Is Carrying What Is Not Yours

There are times when you do everything you were taught to do. You prayed, you cleansed, you rested, you tried to stay positive, yet the heaviness remains. The body feels tired, the mind feels foggy, progress feels slow, and you feel blocked even though you are trying. This is not because you are doing something wrong. It is because you are carrying energetic weights that were never yours to hold.

The body gives signs and symptoms when the energy field is full. These are messages that the aura and nervous system are asking for clearing. Waking up already tired, feeling heavy in the shoulders and upper back as if you are carrying a bag, headaches that come after being around many people, feeling dizzy or ungrounded, vivid dreams that leave you exhausted, lack of motivation that does not match your character, a third eye that feels closed and intuition that feels quiet, sudden mood changes that do not belong to you, and a kundalini energy that feels locked or buzzing at the base of the spine instead of flowing upward. You may also feel as if you are stuck between worlds, no longer who you were but not yet who you are becoming.

In ancestral understanding, this heaviness comes from several places. Old cords from past relationships where energy was still tied, tears in the aura from shock, grief or trauma that left an opening, imprints from past lives and motherline memories that live in the womb and blood, and heavy energy picked up from places, people and constant giving without returning to yourself for refueling. For deep feelers, the aura absorbs easily. When you do not release, the field becomes full and everything feels stuck.

You are not blocked. You are full. When what is not yours is gently returned to the earth with prayer and cleansing, your own path begins to open again and energy begins to move in its natural rhythm.

THE KEEPER OF LAST LIGHT

They thought the colours running down his hood were tears.

They were the last lights of everyone he had ever guided through the dark.

No one knew how long the Keeper had walked beside the dying. He never hurried them. He never asked whether they were ready. When a life reached its final moment, he simply held out his hands and caught the glimmer it could no longer carry.

He did not choose only the bright, celebrated lives.

He gathered the warmth of a kitchen where someone had always been welcome. The voice that made a frightened child feel safe. The courage of a person who kept going through years no one else knew were hard. He gathered light from lives left unfinished, from people who had made mistakes, from those who never realized how deeply they had mattered.

A life did not have to be flawless to illuminate another.

The Keeper carried every glimmer beneath his black robe. For centuries, the living saw only the hood and the shadow beneath it. They called him the end of everything.

Then the light began to escape.

A narrow seam opened at his brow. Colour spilled down the dark fabric, one luminous thread after another, until he looked as though he were weeping for every soul he had met.

Perhaps he was.

Perhaps he had seen how often people waited too long to say I love you. Perhaps he knew that those left behind would spend years finding traces of someone in the smallest places.

A familiar phrase coming from your own mouth. A song you cannot hear without stopping. The moment you offer another person the same kindness someone once gave you.

You cannot hold on to a life forever. You can carry forward what it gave you.

The Keeper gathers their last light.

And sometimes, without knowing it, we become the place where it shines again.
