🐓🌈 Hello amazing clients! 🌈🐓

I’ve got some exciting news to share! Starting from the 10th of May, I’ll be taking a short break to spend some cherished moments with family and friends overseas. It’s a special time for me to reconnect, make memories, and just soak in the love and laughter that fills me up and fuels my passion for what I do. While I’m away, I’ll be pausing all appointments, soaking up every moment of joy and relaxation this break brings me. I want to come back to you all rejuvenated, with even more zest and love poured into each session we share.

As for my return, let’s keep it a delightful mystery for now. 🌟 I promise to reach out with plenty of notice so we can get your next appointment booked in and have your horses feeling fabulous again.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding and support. It means the world to me to have such wonderful clients who appreciate the value of family and friendship as much as I do.

Please book in before the 10th of May before I leave. Until we meet again, take care of yourselves and your ponies.
Sending you all the waves of positivity šŸ¦„

When the body is relaxed, it tends to heal more efficiently compared to when it’s in a frightened or stressed state. Stress triggers the release of hormones like cortisol, which can interfere with the body’s natural healing process. Relaxation techniques can promote better healing by reducing stress and allowing the body’s systems to function optimally, but the exact rate of healing can vary based on numerous factors, including the type and severity of the injury or ailment.

Can your horse stretch this well?
šŸ«¶šŸ»šŸŽšŸŒŸ

These are the benefits of daily stretching:

1. Improved Flexibility: Daily stretching helps maintain and improve flexibility, allowing muscles to extend to their full range of motion more effectively.

2. Reduced Injury Risk: Regular stretching can decrease the risk of injury by keeping muscles flexible, balanced, and less prone to strains or tears.

3. Enhanced Circulation: Stretching aids in better blood flow to the muscles, potentially reducing muscle soreness and promoting faster recovery.

4. Stress Relief: Engaging in daily stretching can also provide relaxation and stress relief by loosening tight muscles and promoting a sense of calm.

While there isn't a specific set of statistics comparing daily versus weekly stretching, the general consensus among fitness experts tends to favor regular, consistent stretching to maintain flexibility and improve overall physical health. The frequency of stretching often depends on individual fitness goals, physical condition, and personal preferences.
