I have a condition that is a hidden disability 🌻.

I have:
- Postural (position of the body)
- Orthostatic (upright posture)
- Tachycardia (fast heart rate)
- Syndrome (group of symptoms which consistently occur together)

or PoTS.

Why am I raising awareness?

There’s many time out in the community that I’ve been told ‘well you look fine, so don’t be lazy and use the stairs’ or ‘what’s wrong with you if you need the elevator?’

Not all Disabilities are visible 🌻. And so that’s what I’m raising awareness for. The disabilities that aren’t seen 🌻
